The questions that come up most often before signing.
What happens if we reach our active license limit?
New license creation is hard-blocked at the limit — there's no silent overage. You'll receive a warning at 90% of your plan's license limit so you have runway to upgrade before hitting the ceiling.
How much does annual billing actually save?
Approximately 20–25% depending on tier. The page defaults to the annual price; toggle to monthly anytime. Switching mid-term prorates against the months you've already paid.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Invoiced in EUR by default, with USD and GBP available on request. Stripe handles all card and SEPA payments. Maison and Enterprise can request invoice-based payment terms.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?
Yes. Clientia for Good gives 40% off any self-serve tier to verified charities and NGOs, re-confirmed annually. Clientia for Startups gives 50% off Studio or Atelier for companies under 3 years old and under €500K ARR, valid for 12 months. Discounts don't stack with the annual billing discount — whichever is larger applies.
What's included on every tier?
AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, field-level encryption on sensitive data, GDPR compliance, and 99.9% uptime. The uptime SLA is formalized on Maison and Enterprise.
Is there a free tier?
No. Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial. Enterprise pilots are scoped per engagement.
