Who is the waitlist for?
Clientia is built for professional services firms that manage ongoing client relationships — law practices, wealth advisors, management consultancies, creative agencies, and similar. If your work lives in engagements, retainers, and long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions, you're the right fit.
What do early access members actually get?
A seat on the platform before the public launch, direct access to the team building it, and a founding-member rate that locks in for as long as your subscription continues. You also get a voice in what ships next — early cohort firms have shaped the roadmap more than any other input.
How long until I hear back?
We admit firms in cohorts of roughly ten each quarter, starting with the closest match to the platform's current strengths. We don't use a first-come-first-served queue — we try to match each firm to a moment in the product where they'll actually get value on day one. Expect a personal email from the team, not an automated drip.
What will it cost?
Pricing is tiered by the number of active client relationships and licenses you manage — not by headcount. Early access members receive a founding rate that is held for the life of the subscription — you won't be grandfathered out when pricing adjusts at general availability. Can we migrate from HubSpot, Stripe, or DocuSign?
Yes. We handle the import of clients, contracts, subscriptions, and signature history from all three in under 48 hours. The first complete snapshot of each relationship — health score, payment cadence, contract status — is ready the day after the import closes.
What if Clientia turns out not to be the right fit?
Then we export everything. All data leaves in standard CSV, JSON, or SFTP with a single click — contacts, contracts, payment history, audit logs, the lot. No retention, no hostage-holding. We'd rather you leave cleanly than stay unhappily.
