How rigorous is the eligibility check?
We trust your declaration. We do glance at your registry of incorporation, your website and your LinkedIn — the obvious places. If something looks off, we'll write before declining. It's a programme, not a tax audit.
What happens at month twelve?
Your invoice quietly steps up to the standard rate. Nothing else moves — same workspace, same data, same integrations, same team. We send a written warning at month eleven so the price change never arrives unannounced.
Can we renew the discount or apply again?
The Founders programme is non-renewable. After twelve months, membership continues at standard pricing. If you've grown beyond the eligibility thresholds, we'll have a conversation about Atelier annual terms or — for the practices that need it — Maison.
Why isn't Maison included?
Maison is for firms with bespoke compliance needs, custom data residency, dedicated operations leads and tailored contracts. If you genuinely need that infrastructure before Series A, you can almost certainly afford the standard rate. Studio and Atelier are the right shape for the early years.
Can the discount be combined with the annual term saving?
The Founders discount doesn't stack with the annual billing saving — whichever is the larger discount applies. Since the 50% rate exceeds the annual saving of roughly 20–25%, the Founders price applies regardless of billing cadence. You can still commit to annual billing at that rate.
Do we lose features compared to standard members?
Not one. The same client capacity, the same intelligence layer, the same SLAs and the same support channel as full-fee members on the same tier. The only difference is the line on the invoice.
Who reviews applications, and when?
A human at Clientia, usually within one business day and always within 48 hours. We answer with a yes, a no, or a single clarifying question — never a form letter.
