What does a 'client' record actually contain?
A tier, a profile, the people on both sides, the contracts, the licenses, the recurring schedules, the lifetime value, the sentiment posture, and a continuously updated health score. It's the row a senior partner would write if they had the time.
Is the health score auditable?
Yes — every input that contributes to a score change is logged with timestamp, source and weight. There's no black box. You can drill down to the exact event that nudged a number.
Can different partners see different views of the same client?
Yes. Roles are scoped at the workspace and at the record level. A senior partner sees the financial spine; an account lead sees the operating one; a stakeholder gets a portal that shows them only their own footprint.
How do you migrate clients from HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet?
We import contacts, contracts, subscriptions, invoices and historical correspondence in under 48 hours. The first scored snapshot of every relationship is ready the day after the import completes.
Where does the data live?
Your choice of EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia) at provisioning. Per-tenant key isolation, AES-256 envelope encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in flight. The Security page covers the full posture.
Can we white-label the client portal?
On the Atelier tier and above, yes — your typography, palette, domain and report templates. Clients log in to what looks like your firm, not ours.
