Newsroom

The waitlist is open.

We're taking the first step toward a wider launch. Here's what Clientia is, what's coming, and what to expect when your spot opens up.

Abstract coral artwork of concentric ripples expanding outward from a luminous opening.

Today we're opening the Clientia waitlist. If you run a consulting practice, a boutique agency, or any firm where client relationships are the business — this is for you.

Clientia is purpose-built client operations software: contracts, invoices, payments, and the ongoing relationship work that falls between those things. It keeps the machinery quiet so the relationship can stay loud.

We've been running a small, hand-onboarded cohort for the past year. Now we're ready to open more seats — carefully, on a rolling basis, starting from the waitlist.

What's already here

  • Client workspace — one place for the full context of each relationship: contacts, files, notes, and history.
  • Contracts & proposals — send, sign, and track from a single thread. No PDF attachments, no chasing.
  • Invoices & payments— issue invoices and collect payment in your client's currency, with automatic reconciliation back to the contract that earned it.
  • Intelligence — a weekly brief surfacing renewal signals, quiet accounts, and anything that deserves your attention before it becomes urgent.

What's coming

The roadmap is short on promises and long on specifics. Here is what we are actively building toward the general launch:

  • Team seats— assign clients and workstreams to individuals, with role-based access that doesn't require an admin to manage. Expected Q3 2026.
  • Client portal — a branded, read-only view your clients can log into to check invoice status, sign documents, and message you — without touching your workspace. Expected Q3 2026.
  • Integrations — a first-party connector for the tools already in your stack: calendar, accounting, and the places where client conversations actually happen. Expected Q4 2026.

How the waitlist works

Join at the link below. We review every application and send invites in batches as we open capacity. There is no premium queue and no way to skip ahead — we'll work through the list in order.

When your invite arrives you'll get a short onboarding session with someone from the founding team. We read every piece of feedback we get during this period, and the roadmap above will move based on what we hear.
